Our Wedding

Michael and Angela's marriage ceremony took place June 15, 2024 on the Vista Rooftop of the Lytle Park Hotel in Cincinnati, OH. They were surrounded by their closest family and friends and officiated by Michael's father, Phillip.

The Czechowski's Wedding Reception took place June 15, 2024 following their ceremony at the Vista Rooftop of the Lytle Park Hotel. The reception included a tambourine grand entrance, speeches from the newlyweds, a prayer from Angela's Uncle Tony, cake cutting, a newlywed first dance, father of the bride dance and mother of the groom dance. Also, a bouquet dedication to Angela's mother Sharon, bouquet toss, photo dash and anniversary dance won by Michael's parents who have been married 54 years. The newlyweds and their guests then danced the night away under the stars!

The Newlyweds took their honeymoon in Exuma, Bahamas at the Grand Isle Resort! They experienced clear warm ocean waters, coral reef snorkeling, island cay hopping, a beautiful oceanside golf course and live Bahamian music. They fed and pet wild stingrays, found a giant starfish and even had a shark sighting of an 8 foot tiger shark from their boat!

A Caribbean Boy Found His Midwestern Girl!

Michael was born April 20th, 1976 and raised in Caguas, Puerto Rico. He moved to the West Coast for college, worked many years as an Aerospace Engineer in California, and later became an entrepreneur and investor. He is interested in health and nutrition and enjoys cooking, kayaking, biking, and basketball. He is extremely handy and can engineer just about anything including jet engines, cars and all things home improvement related! He has an affinity for sports cars in particular and speaks English and Spanish fluently! Angela was born August 14, 1984 and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio. She lived in Indiana as an NFL Cheerleader and pageant girl, and later for her career as a registered nurse specializing in the Medical Device Industry. Angela excels at DIY projects and loves planning events, having hosted a series of them including cheerleading competitions, pageants and physician dinners frequently for work. She enjoys cuddling with her dogs, exploring new places and candle making! Some of her favorite things include animals, dancing, live music and all things girly! So how did they end up in Florida? Angela felt the need for a life change outside of Indiana and something deep inside was guiding her to sunny Florida. She accepted a career advancement opportunity and made the big move! Michael had a very serious heart condition resulting in open heart surgery. This life changing event led him to move from California to Florida to be close to his family. Those closest to Angela and Michael know that each have been through challenging times in their lives, but they both came out stronger! Angela and Michael strongly feel that God had a plan for them during their struggles, and when the time was right, brought them together in Florida! The stars aligned, it was fate, God's plan, however you put it, they believe it was meant to be! It was love at first swipe, love at first sight, or as Angela likes to say, love at first smile! Their first time meeting at the Tampa Riverwalk, Angela was drawn to Michael "like a magnet" and Michael knew he found something special in Angela. They began seriously dating and Michael made his intentions very clear from the beginning. After many trips back and forth, dates, love notes, love confessions, gifts, and facetime video chats, they decided to move to the same city. Over Christmas in Cincinnati, Michael asked Angela's parents for their approval to propose, they said yes, of course, and here we are today! Our Story

Michael took Angela on a trip to his hometown of Puerto Rico. While there they hiked the El Yunque Forest to Las Tinajas Falls, went nighttime kayaking to see the glowing Bioluminescent Bay, and strolled the shops and forts of Old San Juan where they tried Piragua shaved ice. They visited the fountain of Paseo de la Princessa and ate Arañitas, fried green plantains and Mofongo at Luquillo Beach! Angela was able to heard hear the sweet chirp of the Coqui frog which is native to Puerto Rico. On Valentine's Day Michael took Angela to a romantic beachfront dinner at Ola Ocean Side Bistro at the Condado Ocean Club. Afterwards, he told Angela he wanted to walk along the shore and watch the sunset. Michael began telling Angela that he wants her to know how much he loves her and he began to get emotional. Angela didn't think anything was different as they are always "mushy" and living in their "love bubble". But this time was different... They removed their shoes, Angela rolled up Michael's pant legs and they began to walk down the stairs of the restaurant towards the sand. Once down the stairs and taking a sharp left, Angela saw an entire proposal scene setup on the beach! Michael walked her closer to the light-up hearts, roses in the sand, MARRY ME signs, and the grand bouquet of roses while Angela was crying tears of joy and excitement! Michael got down on one knee and asked Angela to Marry him, Angela kept holding Michael's face and telling him how much she loves him. She finally said YES and he placed the magnificent sparkling ring on her finger! Michael respectfully asked for Angela's parents blessing prior to proposing. Michael and Angela chose to showcase the Cincinnati Skyline as the backdrop for their Engagement Photoshoot. They wanted to give guests a sneak peak into the City Skyline which will also be the backdrop for their upcoming nuptials! The photos were taken from Newport on the Levee and the Purple People Bridge.

Leading up to their nuptial's, Michael &amp; Angela hosted an Engagement Party at Velocity Newport, Bachelor and Bachelorette parties, wedding band shopping, took another trip back to Cincy to get their marriage license, and Angela went wedding dress shopping with her and Michael's family! They also hosted a wedding rehearsal dinner at Nada in Cincinnati.
