Can I bring a date?
Please check your invite for your +1! If your wedding invitation is addressed to you "and guest," you may bring a plus one.
Are kids welcome?
If your invite/RSVP form includes your kid's name(s), they are invited! If it does not, enjoy the date night on us :)
What should I wear?
Semi-formal attire!
Please avoid colors traditionally reserved for the bride including shades of white, ivory, and cream.
Ladies, if you plan to wear a dress, cocktail dresses, midi dresses, and floor-length dresses are all appropriate!
Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
Our ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors, but our reception will be inside.
There are multiple ceremony sites at Lauxmont Farms. How do I get to your venue?
Our venue is the Rotunda at Lauxmont Farms! Please use the address 1215 Long Level Rd, Wrightsville, PA 17368 to arrive at the Rotunda. You will enter through the “Lauxmont Farms” entrance, and follow the pavement until you see the round building. Please park in the designated parking lot.
Where should I park?
There is ample space to park at the venue. The parking area for the Rotunda is in a large paved parking lot. Please refrain from parking around the circular driveway.
There will be a parking attendant to guide you upon arrival and direct you to designated parking areas, as well as assist any elderly or handicapped guests.
If for whatever reason, you need to leave your car overnight, you may. Please be safe and do not leave anything valuable in your car. All vehicles must be picked up by 9am Sunday morning. Neither the venue nor the couple is responsible for anything lost or damaged if vehicles are left overnight.
I would like to stay near the wedding venue. Where should I stay?
Please see the "Travel" tab which includes a link to the Hampton Inn by Hilton York, where we have reserved a block of rooms at a discounted rate. Make sure to book through our link to get the discounted rate! There is a limited number of rooms available so please be sure to book as soon as possible! To ensure you receive the discounted group rate, please book by May 22, 2024.
Will transportation be provided between the hotel and the reception?
Yes, transportation will be provided between the Hampton Inn by Hilton York and the Rotunda at Lauxmont Farms! Please see our travel page for more details on shuttles.
In order to help us make sure we have the appropriate number of seats available on the shuttles, please answer the transportation question on your RSVP form!
What if I have a dietary restriction?
When you RSVP, please indicate your dietary restrictions so that our team can plan accordingly.
What are the COVID-19 protocols?
