The bus will be leaving the Hampton Inn by Hilton York to go to Lauxmont Farms PROMPTLY at 4:25PM. The bus will arrive at 4:10pm to begin loading. Although the buses will not have air conditioning, we will provide water in a cooler in front of the buses!
We have a room block at this hotel - Hampton Inn by Hilton York. We will offer transportation from this hotel to our venue and we will also be having an after-party at this hotel in the lobby! There is a limited number of rooms available so please be sure to book as soon as possible! The last date to receive the discounted rate is May 22, 2024.
