Will there be a shuttle to and from the reception?
Yes, we will have shuttles running from the Embassy Suites hotel. Upon check in at the front desk, you'll be able to select a time slot to leave for the reception.
What is the dress code?
We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Dress to impress in your best cocktail attire.
Can I bring a guest/date?
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding and please feel free to reach out with any questions!
What do I do if I can't make it?
You will be dearly missed! If you cannot make it, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "not attending" so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!
Are kids welcome?
Invitations will be specific and will include the names of the children who are invited. However, we encourage you to use this evening as a "night out" for yourself!
What time should I arrive?
The ceremony will begin at 2:00pm. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the ceremony to allow time for parking and finding your seat. Please note - Festival of the Little Hills is this same weekend, so there will likely be extra traffic near the church.
Where do I park?
The church and venue both have on-site parking. You are allowed to leave your vehicle overnight at the reception venue, but it must be picked up the next morning.
Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
We ask that you refrain from taking photos inside the church. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer to be able to capture the best pictures (which we will share with you). Once the ceremony is over, feel free to take as many pictures as you'd like and don't forget to share them with us!
Will there be an open bar?
Yes! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you...get ready to party!
