After months of texting and talking on the phone, Teressa dragged her friend Molly to the UP to show her around but really it was just so Teressa could go on a weekend long third date with Michael. Pictured: Dead River Falls in Marquette, MI.

Teressa started an internship working with black bears in Ely, MN so for three months Michael and Teressa camped, hiked, and explored the boundary waters together. Pictured: Kawishiwi Falls in Ely, MN.

Teressa moves in with Michael for a month in between internships during peak covid shutdowns, thus beginning to lay the foundations of their life in the Keweenaw. Pictured: On top of Mount Ripley overlooking the Portage Canal and Lift Bridge.

Teressa begins her internship at the Wildcat Sanctuary in Minnesota and kicks off Tera and Michael's tour of camping meet-ups and local bakery finds. Pictured: Beaver Lake Campground in the middle of no where.
