Kenny & Michaela met at the first co-ed dance for Serra and Notre Dame High School in the Bay Area. Shortly after, Kenny asked Michaela to winter formal and while she wasn't quick to answering the question, she eventually said yes (blue eye shadow and all).

Michaela then asked Kenny to her school's winter formal but instead of blue eye shadow this time, she took a whack at red lipstick. And hasn't tried it since.

Kenny & Michaela quickly became best friends throughout freshman year. Although, Kenny wanted more and was pretty clear on that, Michaela kept the best friend thing going for a while... despite everyone's advice.

First Kiss: The night Michaela let Kenny out of the friend zone. Turns out everyone was watching from the window and they returned to the party with a full eruption of applause. Kenny was all about it.

Finally they were "boyfriend & girlfriend". They went on their first "official" date to the Giants Game and Michaela forced all of her friends to get tickets in the bleachers in case she was too nervous at any point. Turns out it wasn't much different than when they hung out as best friends.

First Serra football season as boyfriend and girlfriend. Swapping jerseys wasn't a thing for Michaela's soccer season, but Kenny rarely missed a game.

First prom season in the books with many of their high school friends that they are still lucky enough to call the best of the best.

1st Anniversary - Dinner at TOWN in San Carlos. Chauffeured and funded by their parents.

Michaela did in fact ask Kenny to senior prom in a gorilla suit. No regrets.

Kenny & Michaela closed out their senior prom together just as they started. Despite Michaela's initial hesitance, the white tux was rocked by Ken. But it will not be repeated for the wedding for those of you wondering.

Highschool Graduation from both Serra & Notre Dame. Kenny off to Cal Poly SLO and Michaela ultimately off to Santa Clara University! This kicked off the new challenge of long distance.

The beginning of Kenny's Cal Poly San Luis Obispo era and Michaela's Santa Clara University era! Go Mustangs! Go Broncos!

Michaela drove down for many San Luis Obispo (SLO) nights. With no offense to Santa Clara, SLO was quickly becoming their happy place together. This was a rare moment where Kenny (and tequila) got Michaela to do some line dancing.

Michaela graduated from Santa Clara University!

Kenny "stuck it out" (aka: gladly continued) one more football season and school year at Cal Poly while Michaela tried to kick off adulting, with many visits back to SLO.

Kenny graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and was hired on as a Fullbacks/Tightends Coach for the football team! Long distance was still going strong!

Many date nights on the football field and Michaela aggressively cheering for Coach Ken in the stands.

COVID - Turned out to be the most time they have ever spent together in one spot!

Michaela & Kenny got used to being attached at the hip during the pandemic, so when Kenny got offered a coaching job down at Santa Margarita High School for Tightends/Runningbacks, they decided to move in together!

It is certainly no Bay Area, but Kenny & Michaela started to enjoy their home away from home in Dana Point and became regulars at their favorite bars and restaurants.

But it wasn't complete until they adopted Stella, their Black Lab pup whose spunkiness, quirkiness and snuggles make Ken & Mich's home the ultimate treat!

Michaela & Kenny took their annual trip out to Pebble Beach with the family. Michaela was not prepared for anything more than golf, family time and good eats... No nails done, no hair done, just your usual vacation!

Kenny pulled off the ultimate surprise Saturday morning and popped the question! After Michaela let out a few expletives, she managed to get out a yes!

And now they can't wait to celebrate with all of their favorite people who got them here today - from highschool to college to every person before and after: They couldn't be here today without all the love and support. To say they are excited would be an understatement!
