Zelina is Michaela's younger sister. When Zelina was born, Michaela's response was, "She's the perfect sister for me," and that turned out to be true! Obviously, they have had their ups and downs, but at the end of the day, there is nobody who Michaela would rather send funny videos to, watch movies, argue over fictional crushes, and play Lord of the Rings Trivial Pursuit with.

Nick met Matthew in Kindergarten and they have been best friends ever since. The bonded over Legos in after-school care. In grade school, they joined track, basketball, and Boy Scouts. Matthew went on several camping trips with Nick's family in Ohio and Kentucky. Matthew is an amazing artist!

Ellie is Nick's older sister! Michaela met Ellie for the first time when they both helped Nick move out of his university apartment. Michaela and Ellie connected over their mutual love of art, animals, and Harry Potter, among other topics. Ellie is the best dog-mom, an amazing artist, and fun fact: she is a licensed Notary!

Nick and Nick Davenport met in grade school. They formed a band in 5th grade with Jaymu. At St. Edwards's they were in choir together along with Stage Crew. Nick and Nick's friend Mo performed and competed at the Tri-C high school rock off. Nick D. formed a band with Nick, Jaymu, and Geoff and played at several venues. Nick D even has an album and several recorded EPs. Nick and Nick took a two week trip to Nova Scotio after high school, and now coincidentally work at the same company. Nick has an incredible talent and passion for music.

Anjali is Michaela's best friend of over 12 years. They met on their first day of 7th grade. They would grow closer over the rest of middle school and high school. Anjali and Michaela have truly seen each other through their most awkward phases and proudest moments. From writing a LOT of Sherlock fanfiction in middle school, to completing probably over 10 1000 piece puzzles, laughing and crying into many mugs of tea, they are in it together for the long run.

Nick met Steve in high school at St. Edwards. They were in marching band together. They remained friends as they both went to college in Columbus, Nick at Capital University and Steve to OSU. Steve now runs the very successful youtube channel WeatherBox and entertains all with videos of his bird, Sparky.

Michaela and Mary Clare met their first year at Capital University in an Intro to Theatre class. They solidified their friendship through getting coffee at Kittie's every week during college, and crushing it on Wednesdays at trivia nights in Columbus. Mary Clare is probably the funniest person that Michaela knows, and she will always be Michaela's "Gilda".

Nick met Jay in grade school. At St. Edwards they were in marching band, concert band, and choir together, along with theatre. Nick and Jay helped each other learn how to play drums by drumming rhythms on the car ride home from high school.

Michaela and Anne-Marie met because Nick was roommates in college with Anne-Marie's now-husband, Geoff! (Who is also in the wedding party). They very quickly connected on their artistic abilities, love of reading, embroidery, and Animal Crossing. Anne-Marie is one of the kindest and most loyal people Michaela knows, and she is so grateful for their numerous groupchats, and Bridgerton watch parties. Michaela still plans to learn how to play the banjo someday so they can duet.

Nick met Geoff at St. Edwards High School. They bonded over music and were in choir together. They later formed a band with Nick D. and Jaymu where they performed together for several years. They both went to Capital University and were roommates during Nick's senior year.

Eva and Michaela met through being in Phi Beta at Capital University. They solidified their friendship further (and kept each other sane) during COVID by taking masked walks and getting socially distant coffee. In 2021, Eva moved to Denver, and they kept in touch by having virtual show/movie nights, watching shows over Facetime such as The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, the Crown, Heartstopper, and most recently, Love is Blind. To Michaela's excitement (and relief) Eva moved back to Columbus in 2023. Eva is an amazing cook, host, cat-lover, and coffee connoisseur.

Nick met Jaymu in grade school. She would come over every day after school and would watch silly movies with Nick and Ellie. They formed a band in 5th grade with Nick Davenport and played for their 8th grade graduation. At St. Edward's High School they were in marching band together along with choir. Jade, and Nick Davenport wrote and performed the music for St. Edward's production of Almost Maine. Jade has so much creative talent in songwriting,
