Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Both the ceremony and the reception will take place at the Hayfield at Murchison Farms! The address is 9850 Pleasant Hill Church Rd Liberty, NC 27298

How do I RSVP?

You can RSVP straight from this website! When official invites are sent out, you will be able to click on the RSVP tab and type in your name; anyone who is in your party will pop up and you can choose to RSVP for everyone or just yourself! Check back later for the RSVP option!

When is the RSVP deadline?

RSVP deadline is September 11th, 2025.

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

The dress code for our event is a mix between cocktail attire and formal/black-tie optional. We want you to wear what you feel best in, while just keeping the formality of the event in mind!

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony will take place outdoors on the venues beautiful lawn (ladies, be mindful of what shoes you decide to wear!). The cocktail hour and reception will be both indoors and outdoors, you're free to roam as you please! The venue has beautiful covered patios outdoors for some fresh air, and your tables will be located inside the barn.

What is the timeline for the day?

Ceremony (4:00pm-4:30pm) Cocktail Hour (4:30pm-5:30pm) Reception (5:30pm-10:30pm)

Are kids welcome?

While we love your kids very much, we have chosen to do a child-free wedding. All guests for the event will be 16+. We hope you understand our decision, if there are any concerns or questions feel free to reach out to the bride or groom!

Can I bring a plus one?

If you and a plus one were invited, their name or "Guest" will appear on your invitation! We know situations change over time and we want to make sure everyone is included, so if you don't see a plus one indicated on your invite, but still aren't sure, feel free to ask!

Do you have a gift registry?

We do! You can find our gift registry linked above, under the registry tab!

Are there hotel blocks? Where do you recommend I stay?

This is a BIG one!!! Our wedding venue does NOT have any uber/lyft/rideshare options nearby! We are creating hotel blocks for our guests and providing a private shuttle service to and from the wedding venue. It is HIGHLY recommended that you book with one of our hotels we suggest, however we know everyone's options are different! Our suggestion for you is that if you wish to book somewhere else, PLEASE arrange either a designated driver, or book somewhere close to where our shuttles will be going! You can ride the shuttle even if you are not staying at those hotels :) Keep in mind, due to the venues secluded location, the hotel blocks will be roughly 30 minutes from the venue. The most important thing is that everyone makes it home safe and sound, so if you have any questions do not hesitate to ask us!!!!

How do I get to the wedding venue? Will transportation be provided?

Our shuttle service will be bringing guests to the venue from our designated hotels! You are also welcome to drive yourself, there is plenty of parking on-site. Keep in mind, due to the venues secluded location, the hotel blocks will be roughly 30 minutes from the venue.

Can my car be left at the venue overnight?

Yes!! If you would like to drive to our wedding and take the shuttle home, you are more than welcome to! However, your car must be picked up by 11am the following morning!

I have dietary restrictions/allergies. What's the best way to let you know?

Shoot one of us a text!! Your experience/safety is so important to us, let us know if there's anything you'd like us to consider!

Will there be an open bar?

Heck yeah there is! We will be offering complimentary beer and wine, as well as his and hers custom cocktails.

What time will your wedding reception end? Is there an after-party?

Due to noise ordinance laws, our reception will end at 11pm, with the final shuttle starting to load up at 10:30pm. There's no official after-party, but keep the party going! Our hope is that with everyone shuttling back to the same hotels, you'll be able to stay together and party to your hearts delight :)
