Wedding attire is black-tie optional. Women are suggested to wear floor length, tea length, or midi formal dresses and men are suggested to wear a dark suit or tuxedo.

Please plan to arrive at the venue no later than 3:30 PM. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM.

Weather permitting, an outdoor ceremony will take place first. Immediately following the ceremony, guests will be guided to the outdoor cocktail hour, followed by an indoor reception, and outside dancing. We will send off the bride and groom at approximately 10 pm.

Weather in Knoxville TN during September may range from a low of around 55 degrees to a high of 85 degrees, with lower humidity and clear skies. Since the wedding ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside, you may wish to have a light sweater or wrap on hand in the event there is a chill in the air.

We have carefully created our guest list to accommodate everyone comfortably. The invited guests are specifically included on the invitation. Additionally, although we love your little ones, we want all of you to enjoy the festivities and dance the night away without worrying about your kids. We thank you very much for your understanding.

There is parking available for guests at the venue at no charge. Over night parking is not permitted at the venue, thank you for your understanding.
