Are children allowed?
Although we love all of the little ones, we’ve decided to make our wedding an adult-oriented celebration so that all of our guest are able to enjoy their experience and live carefree the night of our wedding. We kindly request that children under the age of 16 not attend. Sean and I thank you for your understanding.
Where do I stay

Is there transportation?
Please see travel section
Will there be an open bar?
Non-Alcoholic beverages, beer, wine and champagne toast will be provided.
There will be a cash bar at the venue with hard liquor and other items should you want to splurge a bit.
How long should I book my Hotel
There is a hotel block placed on rooms for the wedding from 7/31/25-8/2/25. If you are coming from out of town and wish to stay past these dates, I would recommend staying closer to where we live in Waldorf, Maryland, or the surrounding DMV area. The venue is two hours away from our home. It is not recommended, if you plan on staying to spend time with family or relatives to stay near the venue. Y’all… There’s nothing to do anywhere near that venue.
Should I Airbnb it?
Should you choose not to book a room through our hotel block at the recommend hotel this is fine with us, however, as noted in a previous question and answer, the venue is two hours away from our home in Waldorf , Md. I would not recommend you do an Airbnb or stay in any hotel in that area past 8/2/25 if you want to spend time with us or other family members, that ate coming into town, or if you want to tour the DC area after those dates. You will waste your time driving two hours one way back to the DC/Waldorf, Md. area. If you book an air bnb after 8/2/25, please book locally in the Md/Dc area
What airport should I fly into
Dulles International Airport is the closest and is about an hour from the hotel and venue.
Are there rental cars nearby
Depending on which airport you fly into there are rental car stations at the airport.

Can I bring extra guests?
Sean and I have decided to celebrate our union with close friends and family. Much time and consideration has been placed into carefully curating our guest list. Although we would love to invite all of our friends and family, we just cannot do that. With that being said, we request that only the people/ persons named on the invitation plan to attend the ceremony and/or reception.
We appreciate your understanding.
What is the attire
We are having an evening summer wedding. Our wedding colors are light and airy to include sage green, slate blue , and ivory. We have elected to not choose specific colors for you to wear however, we would like to set the mood with formal attire. As such, formal attire is to include, for the ladies, a floor-length gown, a classy/sophisticated cocktail dress, or a dressy pant suit. For the men, a Tux or suite with a tie is preferred.
