If you decide to book this room under any other discount (ie; military, AARP, Hiltons honors, AAA etc) other than the group discount that is already listed above at the 119 rate, please make sure you are telling the person that is making your reservation that you are reserving a room for the Harris-Coleman wedding on August 1, 2025. It is imperative that they know you are booking for our wedding as you will not have access to transportation to and from the venue if you do not let them know you will be attending our event.
Additionally, you CAN change the dates on your hotel stay. You are NOT required to book all 3 days to get the discounted rate however, if you choose to stay past Saturday, you will be billed at the regular hotel rate.
To change the dates click on the dates and a calendar will come up. You can then adjust your dates as needed.
