Andy and Michelle met through mutual friends back in the fall 2010, when they were both freshmen in college. They realized how much chemistry they had at a New Years party while both home from college for winter break. Andy was going to Ole Miss down in Oxford, Mississippi and would frequently make the 7-hour road trip to visit Michelle at Mizzou. They spent most of their summer together going to Cardinals games, parties at the Smiley House and more. Their most memorable date was splitting a bottle of wine and going IN the fountain at forest park and kissing under the fountain while the lights changed colors. It was like a scene from a movie!


The distance became too much, and they decided to part ways in the fall of 2011. They both dated other people, but reconnected when Michelle walked by Andy at a Blues game in January 2020. He sent her a message and kept it friendly until they both became single during the middle of the pandemic. Michelle moved in with Andy shortly after and were inseparable ever since! Luckily, Blu and Gus got along like brothers right away.


They love laughing and going on adventures together... Buying a camper (or two...), a john boat (funny story), going on trips to Denver, Arizona, Grafton, Columbia, Vegas, and good ole Warsaw, MO!


Andy proposed to Michelle at the same fountain from years ago on July 13th, 2022. He had family and friends waiting at The Boat House for a big party to celebrate! And then the wedding planning began...
