December is considered Mexico's "dry season", meaning little to no rain. Plan for bright, sunny skies with temperatures in the high 80s and low 70s.

No matter what category you choose, the rooms are all stunning! The resort is all-inclusive so you will have unlimited access to: dining, drinks, endless entertainment, wifi, 24-hour room service and pool/beach wait service. The "Preferred Club" upgrade has rooms in premium locations, upgraded mini-bar, upgraded bath amenities, personal concierge service, access to exclusive dining options for additional fee including Omakase sushi, taco and tequila tasting and the Author's Signature restaurant at adjoining Secrets Impression Moxché. The "Preferred Club" also has it's own private rooftop lounge which features a pool, bar and restaurant. This exclusive lounge is open daily from 10:00am-11:00pm.

The grounds at Moxche are immaculate, truly deserving of the 5-star rating. There are 7 heated pools (not including the rooftop preferred club pool) and 3 man-made cenotes. There is entertainment provided day & night: open air amphitheater, live musical performances, spectacular shows, windsurfing, beach and pool volleyball. Additional activities include: snorkeling, bike tours, archery, paddle boarding, tennis, a ride on a catamaran, scuba diving, deep sea fishing, dancing and cocktail classes. How exciting! We ask that you avoid any off site excursions on Wednesday 12/11/24 and Thursday 12/12/24. We will be having a welcome party Wednesday evening and celebrating our marriage on 12/12/24! Yes! The gym is located near the spa area. It is not an expansive gym, however it features the necessary equipment to achieve a good workout: treadmills, free weights, exercise bicycles, rowing machine, step machines, elliptical machines, aqua spin and aerobics, beach yoga and other fitness accessories (e.g., yoga mats, exercise balls).

Moxche's spa is phenomenal! It is a Spa by Pevonia. Here are just a few of the incredible services that are provided: aromatherapy salt, glow water lily sun relief, relaxing couples massage, papaya-pineapple crème fraîche body wrap, oxygenating facial and a hydrotherapy circuit.

Yes, there is! Please note that some of the restaurants are higher end and have dress codes. Men are required to wear long pants to these higher end restaurants, if there is an outdoor section, the hostess may seat you there. Please take that into consideration when you are making dining reservations and packing.

Although dining and drinks is all-inclusive, tips are graciously appreciated by the wait staff. It is customary to tip $1-$5 when getting drinks for a bar and $10+ when having sit down drinks. We recommended having smaller bills available for your convenience.
