Chi-Cori and Michelle first met while they were attending school at Concordia University, St. Paul. Even though their first interaction was rocky (ask us to tell you the story, it’s actually pretty funny), they became fast friends with a close knit group.

While they may have started off as friends, close mutual friends of the couple always knew there was a “spark”. After college, the two started working at the same job, and ended up spending lots of time together. Going to the gym turned into going to dinner, which eventually turned into going to dinner and a movie, and before they knew it, they were dating!

After work one day, Chi-Cori asked Michelle to dinner and while sitting across from her at Old Chicago he slid her a napkin that said “Will you be my girlfriend? Check yes or no” and they were inseparable ever since. In January 2020, they moved into their first home together in St. Paul, MN.

Chi-Cori proposed on a cold February evening in the comfort and privacy of their home after spending time with his niece and nephew. Chi-Cori had the ring for a few months and was waiting for the perfect moment to propose.

Michelle & Chi-Cori love to adventure, so they are looking forward to what married life brings. They look forward to spending the most important day of their lives with all the closest people they love around them!
