Can I RSVP online or do I have to mail in an RSVP card?

We encourage all guests to RSVP on our website, here: https://www.theknot.com/us/michelle-koski-and-chi-cori-barnes-jun-2024/rsvp

What date should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP at the link above, by no later than May 24, 2024

Is there parking available near your wedding venue?

Yes! There is private, complimentary parking on site at the Gardens.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

The Gardens is a beautiful outdoor wedding venue, so our ceremony (weather dependent) will be outside in a partially covered structure. Our reception will be in a covered tent at the same venue.

Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?

Yes! We’ve reserved a block of rooms at the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Northfield - make sure you mention you’re with the Koski-Barnes wedding!

Will there be a shuttle to and/or from the hotel(s)?

We will not be providing a shuttle to/from the venue or hotel. There are ride-share companies (Uber, Lyft, etc.) that do pick up from the venue, though!

What is the dress code for your wedding?

Cocktail / Semi-formal

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Our wedding is invite only, unless a plus one is specified on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Am I allowed to bring my children?

Unfortunately, we cannot host any children at our wedding. We appreciate your understanding.

What type of food will be served at your wedding?

We'll be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a buffet with a selection of meat, fish, vegan dishes and salads.

What type of bar will you have?

We are doing a semi-hosted bar of beer, wine & 2-signature cocktails - with the remainder being a cash bar.

Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can bring it with you to the venue. A wedding card box will be at our reception, as well.

What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?

We ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony, to ensure that we can celebrate with everyone in a timely manner.
