Yes! On our Stay & Travel page in the “Nearby Hotels” section, you’ll find several nearby hotels at more affordable rates, many with block codes for discounted reservations. We are currently working on a few contracts for a discounted rate so standby!

The closest and most convenient option is Southwest Florida International (RSW) in Fort Myers, about 25 miles from Naples.

Other airports:

Naples Municipal (APF): private flights only.

Miami International (MIA): ~2 hours away.

Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood (FLL): ~2 hours away.

• Rental Car: Best if you want to explore.

• Uber/Lyft: $60–90 each way from RSW.

• Car Service/Shuttle: Options include SuperShuttle, GroundLink, and Blacklane.

• Taxi: Available but usually pricier.

Be as fancy as you want to be!

Events officially begin on Friday, February 6 with the rehearsal dinner or welcome cocktail party. If you’d like to extend your vacation, you’re welcome to arrive earlier and stay as late as you want!

Exact time is still TBD but its always good to arrive at least 30 minutes before the reception to get settled.

Yes! We’re hosting a welcome meet-and-greet with cocktails the night before, and a farewell brunch the following morning. Everything in-between is up to you!

We love your little ones, but our wedding events will be adults-only. If you’re bringing children to Naples, please arrange care for them during event times.

If your invitation includes “+ Guest,” then yes. And I'm pretty sure that's the case. Just RSVP on time so that everyone can be accounted for.

Should I bring a gift to Florida or ship it?

Since we live in California, we kindly ask that gifts be shipped to our home to avoid travel hassles. So please ship gifts instead of bringing them to Naples. (If you need our address, just ask!)

Do you prefer a honeymoon fund or physical gifts?

We’ll likely keep our physical registry small since we already have most of what we need. What excites us most is a honeymoon fund — we’re dreaming of a trip to Europe, with Germany and Italy at the top of our list.

Expect warm, sunny weather (average highs in the 70s), but evenings may be breezy near the water.

Yes, valet and self-parking are available at LaPlaya.

• Valet parking at LaPlaya Beach & Golf Resort in Naples costs $44 per night for overnight hotel stays.

• If you’re visiting the restaurant (BALEEN) and not staying overnight, it’s $5 for valet parking for restaurant visitors

• I will need to double check on this for attending guests to the wedding and ceremony who are not staying at the hotel.
