We matched online and had our first date on August 13, 2023. It wasn't exactly love at first sight (Jordan wore cargo shorts, "man-dals", a salmon pink USA t-shirt and a neon green John Deer trucker hat), but it was definitely love by the time the date ended. What started with awkward hellos and nervous smiles quickly turned into genuine laughter and easy conversation. It was supposed to be one drink before Michelle went to a family party. It became multiple drinks, appetizers, fighting for our lives against a bee infestation, an impromptu job offer from the couple seated next to us, and a gut feeling that everything we knew about love just changed. We've been inseparable ever since.

In December of 2023, at Michelle's best friend's rehearsal dinner, we decided to open our hearts and our home to a furry little Cavapoo. (Someone please continue this tradition and adopt a puppy while at our rehearsal dinner!) Enzo officially joined our family on December 13, 2023 after a very confusing journey to LaGuardia International Airport. We knew then that if our relationship could survive Queens rush hour traffic and the shenanigans of a rambunctious twelve week old pup, we could survive anything.

A year later, on Christmas morning, Jordan got down on his knee and asked Michelle the easiest question she's ever had to answer.

We simply cannot wait to get married and to celebrate our love with our closest friends and family!
