Here are some things you should know about the cruise and the wedding:

1. The wedding ceremony and reception will be held in Maryland. The reception is by invite only. Updated invites will be sent out to our guests. Final date to R.S.V.P. for the reception is July 2, 2024.

2. All cabins are non-smoking. There are designated smoking areas on the cruise ship for those who desire to smoke.

3. Any purchases of alcohol from the duty free store on or off the ship will be stored away until disembarkation on August 28 in NY. Unfortunately you are not allowed to take in-port purchased alcohol back to your cabin for consumption.

4. Book your excursions via the cruise line in advance. They sell out quickly. Once you have reserved your room by placing a deposit, you can download the app to your phone and make payments for your cabin as well as book your excursions. Be mindful that some excursions have a weight limit.

5. Bring plenty of spending money. The excursions are expensive and you will want to do everything.

6. Bring comfortable shoes and clothes, especially for those excursions that are active in nature. We suggest bringing items you don't have a problem throwing away if you happen to get extra dirty.

7. There is no formal Captain's Dinner, however, you have the option of dressing up as many nights as you would like.

8. There are vegetarian options available at all restaurants on board the ship.

9. Download the Norwegian cruise line app so that you can stay up to date on the cruise and become familiar with it's layout in advance of the cruise.
