Situated along the Ice Age National Scenic Trail, Devil's Lake State Park offers magnificent views from 500-foot quartzite bluffs overlooking a 360-acre lake. There are 29 miles of trails in the park, ranging from easy strolls along a paved pathway along the lakeshore to a rocky hiking ascent up the south face of the East Bluff. With several different trail segments, visitors can choose a hike of varying lengths that includes vistas, woods, meadows, glacial moraines, talus slopes and ridgetop backwoods. *Note the North and South Entrance Gates when looking into hikes*

Glacier Golf Course is a 18-hole mountain course is carved out of the glacier-formed Baraboo Bluff that takes golfers through a maze of elevation changes, narrow fairways, rock out-croppings, amazing views, and water hazards on seven holes. Surprise encounters with wildlife are a part of this golf adventure. The Glacier Golf Course is the longer of the two golf courses at Devil’s Head so placement needs to be a part of the golfer’s strategy.

Prairie Glen is the newest championship course at Devil’s Head Resort. Golfers get a wild ride through 18 holes of diverse scenery featuring island greens, and Scottish links. Golf skills will be tested by numerous water holes and sand traps. Changing mountain elevations are breathtaking. Watch out for the 120′ drop par 3. In addition to the incredible scenery, wildlife sightings can be distracting.

Dr. Evermor's Forevertron is the 2nd largest scrap metal sculpture in the world, standing 50 ft. (15,2 m.) high and 120 ft. (36,5 m.) wide, and weighing 300 tons.Built in the 1980s, it is housed in Dr. Evermor's Art Park on Highway 12, in the town of Sumpter, in Sauk County, Wisconsin, United States. The sculpture incorporates two Thomas Edison dynamos from the 1880s, lightning rods, high-voltage components from 1920s power plants, scrap from the nearby Badger Army Ammunition Plant, and the decontamination chamber from the Apollo 11 spacecraft.
