There is free parking on most of the streets around Good Shepherd Presbyterian Church, where the ceremony will take place. These streets include Boulevard Ave., Nacoochee Ave., Hiawassee Ave., and Nantahala Ave. There are accessible parking spots right in front of the church on Boulevard Ave. for guests who cannot walk too far. The church will be accessible through a back door from the parking lot behind the church, or guests can utilize the sidewalk along Hiawassee Ave. to reach the front door.

Once you reach the Botanical Gardens, follow the signs to the Garden Club of Georgia. The road curves to the left, which you must follow until you begin to see parking bays on your right. You may park in the bays if you wish or continue straight until you reach a roundabout. The Garden Club of Georgia will be on your right at the roundabout, and there is additional parking on your left as you go around the roundabout.

Once you have found a parking space, make your way to the Garden Club of Georgia. The Terrace Room is below the Garden Club. There is an elevator and stairway for guests to use. Please feel free to walk around the gardens and help yourselves to drinks between 11:30 and 12:30. The bride and groom will make their entrance to the reception at 12:30, after which lunch will begin.

There are MANY wonderful AirBnB and VRBO options in Athens thanks to gameday demand! Good areas of town to explore for AirBnB availability are Normaltown, Downtown, and around Milledge Ave. These will all be within ~15 minutes of both the ceremony and reception and will have restaurants and entertainment options within walking distance. The Eastside of Athens is more affordable and still close to the venues (~15-20 min drive) but less walkable.
