By what date should I send my RSVP?

Please RSVP by May 1st, 2025.

How do I send my RSVP?

Please RSVP here, on our website: https://www.theknot.com/us/mikai-ricketts-and-parker-bentley-sep-2025/rsvp

Where will your wedding be held?

Both our wedding ceremony and reception will be held at the Willow Aviator Lodge on the Rustic Wilderness Airstrip at 59981 S Airpark Place, Willow, AK 99688 (https://maps.app.goo.gl/3Je7MciYFd5s7Fsm6?g_st=com.google.maps.preview.copy).

Is there parking available near the lodge?

There will be parking near the lodge, however, the lodge is located on an airstrip, so parking along the “road” will be limited. Please carpool as much as possible to limit the amount of space we will take up! We will have a parking area a short distance from the lodge to keep the driveway and road clear for any activities and/or air traffic.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

The wedding ceremony will be outdoors amongst the birch trees in the front yard of the lodge. The wedding reception will be held mainly inside the Niemeyer’s aircraft hangar with some entertainment outdoors, too. We will have umbrellas for you in case we are blessed with Alaska rain during the ceremony.

What is the dress code for your wedding?

The dress code is semi-formal / dressy casual. Earthy and autumn tones are preferred!

What will the weather be like?

On September 5th, the temperature in Willow typically ranges from 46°F to 58°F and is rarely below 39°F or above 64°F. The daily chance of rain is typically around 40%. Additionally, the aurora borealis season is August 21 to April 21, so you’ll want to keep your eyes to the skies!
