When is the RSVP deadline?

One month before the big day! So, RSVP by June 14th (Rob's birthday) or we'll assume you aren't joining us.

Do we have a hotel block for guests?

Yes. There are currently rooms available at the Hampton Inn in Columbia. Our group code is: MWW

Am I invited to the rehearsal dinner?

Due to the small size of the wedding party the rehearsal will be limited to those who will be playing a role in our ceremony and immediate family.

Are children invited?

Some of Rob’s and I’s fondest memories as kids is attending weddings and getting to dance with other kids. We understand that for some people a child-free wedding works out best, but that isn’t us. So yes, if we know them, your invite is extended to the whole family!

What will the weather be like?

July in Missouri is hot and humid. Our events will be indoors but expect the outside to be sunny and sweaty.

Is there a dress code for the wedding?

Semi-formal/cocktail attire. The main colors are navy blue and silver, with other lighter shades of blue and grey as well. Feel free to dress with that in mind.

Should you bring your gift to the wedding destination?

Since you are coming to our wedding your presence is a gift in itself. If you do choose to browse our wedding registry any items on the list can be shipped directly to our home address. We will have a table at the wedding if you would like to bring a gift, and a card box too.

Are you doing that "Unplugged Ceremony" thing where you do not want people to have cellphones and cameras out?

We will have two photographers and two videographers covering our special day and will happily share all photos and videos. We would love you to be fully present with us in the moment. So yes, we will be doing the "Unplugged" thing during our ceremony. That means you, too, Hoyt.

How is the parking situation at the ceremony and reception venues?

There is ample, free parking at both venues.

What time should I arrive for the Wedding Ceremony?

Help us get these vows started as scheduled. We recommend that you arrive a half hour before the start of the ceremony to make sure everyone is seated on time.

When does the party end?

It's a Sunday, some of us have kids and work. The party "officially" ends at 8:00pm. But what's a Wilhelm party without an afterparty? Keep an ear out for more information about that.
