If you call speak to the front desk to book your stay and please mention the Russell- Cup wedding block to receive the blocked rate. Do not speak with the "reservations" department because they will not give you the wedding block rate, nor will they have an accurate count on rooms available.

Accomodations

We’ll be providing a shuttle service to help guests travel to and from our celebration with ease. The shuttle will pick guests up from The Mead Hotel and Lakes Inn prior to the ceremony and will provide return trips back to both locations after the reception and dance. Exact shuttle times will be shared soon. If you’re staying at a rental or Airbnb, we’re happy to help coordinate transportation for you as well. Please include your address when you RSVP, or feel free to message us directly so we can arrange pickup and drop-off details.We want everyone to relax and enjoy the celebration—transportation is on us!

This bar &amp; grill is on Lake Petenwell. It has a sandy beach where you could shore or dock a boat. Enjoy the summer sun!

Lure Bar & Grill

Hoozels is a fun restaurant with outdoor seating, outdoor bar, and fun yard games. They usually have live music on the weekends and bingo during the week days. It is a great fish fry location! Very busy!

Hoozels at The Lakes

World renowned golf destination! If your in the mood for a nice cocktail and beautiful views head to the resort to check it out. Just the drive alone through the golf course will wow you!

Sand Valley

If you're up for an adventure take a look at the Dyracuse Park for ATV, UTV, or Motorbike hourly rental to explore the sandy hills of Nekoosa! Be safe!

Friday morning 9am to 1pm wake up with a sweet walk around the market. The Rome Farmers Market is conveniently located in the Rome Town Center, just off State Hwy 13 in Rome, Wisconsin. There is live music and face painting for kids, along with local goods.

The worlds largest waterpark destination is about 30 minutes from our wedding venue. Spend the day at the water park, shopping malls, or exploring the tourist attractions the dells has to offer.

Wisconsin Dells 

Of course there is a Walmart about 20 minutes away from our venue. In the Wisconsin Rapids there are other stores too like Aldi, Walgreens, and a couple other convenience stores. If your looking for something closer... Kwik trip! Right in Rome about 5 minutes from our wedding venue is the Midwest gas station/grocery store we all know and love!

Walmart Supercenter

This coffee house looks so cute and unique. We have yet to try it, so if you go please report back how it was! There seems to be outdoor seating and lots of menu options for breakfast/brunch. Enjoy!
