Is the ceremony outdoors?

We’re hoping for a cooler August evening! We’ll have a water station and paper fans outside to help keep you comfortable. Cocktail hour will be both indoors and outdoors, and the reception will take place inside. As the night goes on, feel free to step out through the patio doors for some fresh air—but don’t stay out too long… we need to see those dance moves on the floor!

What should I wear?

No jeans, please—think elevated and dressy! This is a special day, so wear your best and come ready to celebrate in style.

Can we take photos during the ceremony?

Our ceremony will be unplugged—please no phones or cameras during this time. We want everyone to be fully present with us in the moment. We’ve got an amazing professional photographer and videographer capturing everything throughout the day, so no need to worry about taking your own photos. We’ll be sure to share them afterward for everyone to enjoy!

Can I bring a plus one or children?

We kindly ask that guests attend as listed on their invitation—no additional plus ones unless specifically noted, due to space limitations. We also respectfully request an adults-only celebration, with only a very small number of exceptions for immediate family. We truly love your little ones and appreciate your understanding as we keep our guest list limited.

Is there an open bar?

Yes! We’ll have an open bar during cocktail hour, followed by a limited open bar for the rest of the evening. There will be a cash bar option as well.

Can I leave my car overnight?

Yes, you can leave it overnight.

Tell me more about the weekend events.

All events listed on the weekend itinerary page of our website are open to all guests! We just ask that you RSVP so we can plan accordingly for space and food. Since so many of our guests are traveling for our wedding, we truly want to make the most of our time together. That said, please don’t feel any pressure to attend the welcome party if you’re not planning to arrive until Saturday—we completely understand and will be so happy to celebrate with you at the wedding. The same goes for Sunday breakfast—if you have an early flight or need to head home, no worries at all. We’re just grateful you’re coming and appreciate you being so thoughtful!
