Formal attire is requested. For gentlemen, a suit or jacket and tie is appropriate (a tuxedo is not required). For women, we recommend midi- or floor-length dresses. As the entire event will be outdoors, we encourage guests to dress comfortably for the weather. We kindly ask that guests refrain from wearing white, ivory, or cream, as these colors are reserved for the bride.

Whatever shoes you feel most comfortable in! Please keep in mind that the property has grassy terrain, so we recommend choosing footwear suitable for walking on grass. Sneakers are not permitted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate any additional guests. We can only accommodate those formally invited on your wedding invitation. Your invitation will be addressed as {Your Name} + {Guest} if a plus one has been given to you.

To help us with our planning, we ask that you kindly RSVP to all events by August 1st, 2026. If we don't receive your RSVP by the date specified, we cannot make any exceptions and will have to mark you as 'no'. We need to provide our venues with a total guest count in a timely manner, we hope you can understand.

Yes! Transportation will be provided to and from our wedding venue on the wedding day. Shuttles will depart from both the Hilton Garden Inn and Hotel Brookmere at 4:00 PM and bring guests to the venue. At the end of the evening, return shuttles will depart from the venue at 10:30 PM (following the reception) and again at 12:00 AM (following the after-party).
