The Residence Inn is conveniently located just 10 minutes from the Airbnb where babysitting will be provided, 9 minutes from the venue, and 7 minutes from the heart of town, making it a great option for the weekend.
*Please note: this hotel is not part of our room blocks, but it is a great alternative for guests now that our room blocks have filled up.

The block is reserved for the nights of September 3rd and 4th, but you’re welcome to book whichever dates work best for you within that range. You’re also welcome to extend your stay to enjoy the rest of the weekend, however, additional nights would be booked outside of our block.
Hotel Brookmere is conveniently located just a 5-minute drive from the Airbnb where the welcome party will be, 3 minutes from the venue, and 9 minutes from the heart of town, making it a perfect home base for the weekend’s celebrations.

Transportation
We will provide transportation to and from the venue for guests staying at both Hotel Brookmere and Hilton Garden Inn. More details on this will be shared as we continue planning.
For transportation needs outside of this service, Ubers and other rideshares are readily available throughout the weekend.

If you’re traveling by Amtrak, the Saratoga Springs station is super convenient and just a quick ride from downtown and the venue. You can grab a taxi or rideshare right at the station, so it’s an easy option if you’d rather sit back and relax on the way here.

The closest airport is Albany International Airport (ALB), about 30 minutes from Saratoga Springs. It’s an easy drive or rideshare up to town, and rental cars are available right at the airport if you’d like to have your own wheels for the weekend.
