The ceremony and reception will be taking place on the same venue. The venue is located by East Village, address is CHARBAR, 618 Confluence Way SE, Calgary, AB T2G 0G1. The ceremony is at 2:00PM, while the reception is at 6:00PM.

Kindly arrive at 1:30PM for the ceremony and 5:30 for the reception.

After the ceremony at around 3PM, the wedding party and their families will leave to take photos nearby and to different locations. Guests can go around East Village and come back for the cocktail hour, 4:30PM.

We will be having an unplugged wedding ceremony as we would like to see your smiling faces as you enjoy this moment with us. We ask that you please turn off your devices and let our amazing photographer take the lead. We will share all the photos with you after. However, we encourage you to take pictures and videos during the reception and the dance.

We have addressed the invitation to the people we would love to come. If you received a plus one, they will appear on your invitation. Please ensure that you RSVP for you and your guest. Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If someone cannot attend on your list, please note this does not mean you can replace them with a separate guest in their place.

There's a nearby parking lot (Lot 74) associated with Calgary Parking, which shouldn't be expensive. As well as lots of street parking. Note that after 6PM, the parking is free. Please allow time to find parking before the ceremony and reception.

Yes! We are asking our guest to dress up with us! Dress code is Semi-Formal. Please no jeans or sneakers! We also ask that guest avoid wearing red or colors reserved for the bride - cream, ivory, or white.

We love your little ones as much as you do! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event with the exception of immediate family. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

Cashbar will be available during reception. Also, complimentary wine will be available per your request.

Your presence on our wedding is all we could hope for, but if you wish to honour us with a gift, a monetary gift would be greatly appreciated to help us save for our future home.

We will miss you dearly, but we certainly understand. If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "No" so we can plan accordingly.

Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate you if you RSVP late. We will need to provide our vendors and the venue exact guest count by a certain time. While we will send out reminders, as well as send out invitations early, please be sure to RSVP as soon as possible.
