WEDDING DAY TRANSPORTATION INFORMATION

- Coach bus shuttle departure from Hyatt Regency Hotel to St. Hedwig Church at 1:00pm and 1:30pm

- If you are staying at the SpringHill Suites, there is a skywalk access to the Hyatt Regency hotel so you don't have to walk outside! Located on floor 2R. Ask the front desk for further details

- If driving yourself to the ceremony, street parking and parking lot available at the church. To access the parking lot, enter off of Brady St. on the back side of the church.

- Ceremony begins at 2:00pm at St. Hedwig Three Holy Women Parish

- please arrive 15 minutes early

- Shuttle bus departure from church to Hyatt Regency and SpringHill Suits after ceremony at ~3:00pm and ~3:20pm

- Coach bus shuttle departure from Hyatt Regency to reception at Turner Hall at 4:45pm and 5:00pm

- Ubers also available and close enough to walk from the hotels

- Cocktail hour is from 5:00pm- 6:30pm at Turner Hall.

- Please enter through the main doors off of N Vel R Phillips Ave. Handicap Accessible/ Elevator Entrance Located on the North side of the building.

- Cocktail Hour will be held upstairs on the Balcony Level

- Coat check will be available

- Shuttle Bus making hourly trips between the reception and SpringHill/Hyatt from 9:00pm to 12:00am with trips every 15 minutes after midnight.
