What date should i rsvp by?
Please make your RSVP by March 15th, 2025 and let us know as soon as you can if plans change!
Am I allowed to bring a plus one?
We are having an intimate wedding and are extending plus one invitations to married/engaged couples.
Am I allowed to bring my children?
Yes, children of all ages are welcome! We just ask that you add them to your RSVP and make a note of their ages.
Am i allowed to bring my Pets?
Due to venue restrictions, we kindly request that only human guests attend.
What will your wedding-day timeline look like?
4:30pm is ceremony in the Glacial Bowl; 5-6pm is cocktail hour in Sunken Garden; 6-10pm is the wedding reception in the Mansion.
What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
Please arrive by 4:10 PM, which is 20 minutes before the ceremony.
Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors (weather permitting). The dinner will be on a terrace and the dance party will be in an indoor room.
What is the dress code?
We recommend men wear a suit or a tuxedo if preferred.
We recommend women wear a cocktail dress or an evening gown if preferred.
Is there parking available near your wedding venue(s)?
There is plenty of parking on-site!
Have you booked hotel room blocks for guests?
We have blocked 13 of our Mansion overnight rooms and 24 guest rooms in the Brooks Center for 5/23/25 & 5/24/25. To make reservations, please contact us to access the protected link and password.
Mansion guest room rate is $285 per night with a complimentarycontinental breakfast included.
Brooks Center guest rooms is $275 per night with a
complimentary continental breakfast included.
Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you may explore our registry on this website. A wedding card box will also be at our venue.
