A Divine Love Story: Miki & Marc

Their story didn’t begin with fireworks or grand gestures. It started quietly, almost invisibly, through a chance encounter on Facebook Friendship and Dating in August 2023. Neither Miki nor Marc was looking for love—both were wrapped in the comfort of their own lives, content but not complete. And yet, destiny had a different plan. Or rather—God did.

At first, they resisted the pull. Fear clung to the familiar, and they danced in opposite directions. But love—real, God-breathed love—doesn’t let go so easily. Like a gentle tide, it drew them back to each other again and again, until they realized they weren’t drifting—they were being guided. Two ships called to the same harbor.

What began as a friendship slowly became something more. Their conversations were laced with laughter, their silences rich with comfort. Miki was enchanted by Marc’s calming spirit, his gentle presence that melted away her worries, and the irresistible charm of his humor that made her heart flutter. Miki thought it was just a casual family barbecue—but when September 1st, 2024 arrived, so did a moment that would change their lives forever. Surrounded by friends, family, and the warm glow of love, Marc asked Miki to be his forever. And she said yes.
