A Divine Love Story: Miki & Marc

Their story didn’t begin with fireworks or grand gestures. It started quietly, almost invisibly, through a chance encounter on Facebook Friendship and Dating in August 2023. Neither Miki nor Marc was looking for love—both were wrapped in the comfort of their own lives, content but not complete. And yet, destiny had a different plan. Or rather—God did.

At first, they resisted the pull. Fear clung to the familiar, and they danced in opposite directions. But love—real, God-breathed love—doesn’t let go so easily. Like a gentle tide, it drew them back to each other again and again, until they realized they weren’t drifting—they were being guided. Two ships called to the same harbor.

What began as a friendship slowly became something more. Their conversations were laced with laughter, their silences rich with comfort. Miki was enchanted by Marc’s calming spirit, his gentle presence that melted away her worries, and the irresistible charm of his humor that made her heart flutter. Marc, in turn, found himself captivated by the radiant kindness in Miki’s soul. Her joy, her light—it filled every shadow in his world.

As time passed, their hearts wove together effortlessly, each moment a thread in a tapestry crafted by divine hands. They began to see what had been written in the stars long before their first message: they were made for each other. Then came the surprise that would take their breath away. Marc, with love brimming in his heart, secretly met with Miki’s family to plan an unforgettable engagement party. Miki thought it was just a casual family barbecue—but when September 1st, 2024 arrived, so did a moment that would change their lives forever. Surrounded by friends, family, and the warm glow of love, Marc asked Miki to be his forever. And she said yes.

Now, hand in hand and heart to heart, they stand at the edge of a beautiful forever. Grateful. Humbled. Overjoyed. They get to marry their best friend—the one who brings peace, joy, passion, and strength. Marc, the steady rock who reflects God’s love with every touch. Miki, the radiant flame who lights his soul with laughter and grace. Together, they are healing, wholeness, and hope—a testimony to the goodness of a loving God.

Their love story—heaven-written and earth-bound—will be celebrated in full glory on April 26th, 2025, at 1 PM, at Real Life Ministries, Post Falls, Idaho (Building 2).
