Due to limited capacity and the nature of our venue, we unfortunately cannot accommodate children under the age of twelve. For those special circumstances, your invitation will be made out to "The {Last Name} Family" if your children are invited. We hope you choose to treat this as a date night!

Our venue is only able to accommodate the total number of guests we have invited. If a plus-one has been reserved for you, your invitation will read "{Your Name} & Guest".

We would love to see our guests dress up with us! We are requesting formal attire. For ladies, this means mid- or floor-length gowns, florals are encouraged. Please refrain from wearing white, ivory, cream, or champagne-colored dresses. Gentleman are asked to wear tuxedos or suits with a tie or bow-tie.

We plan to serve an Italian-style buffet with a house salad, garlic toast, roasted vegetables, cheese ziti and chicken marsala. Please indicate any food allergies or dietary restrictions on your RSVP. Our gluten-free, dairy-free and vegan guests can be served on an as-requested basis by our catering company.

We have reserved two hotel blocks, one is located in downtown Grand Rapids and the other is near the venue. You can find the link to make your reservations on the "Accommodations" tab. We encourage guests to book their accommodations early, as our wedding will take place the same day as many local university graduations. *Grand Rapids will be busy and hotels are predicted to be fully booked!

Our venue has a parking lot on-site, but any vehicles left on the premise after 12:00am will be towed. However, guests who stay at the Holiday Inn will have access to a complimentary shuttle to and from the venue that will operate once before the ceremony and once at the end of the reception. We are encouraging guests to arrange a designated-driver or ride share service if you plan to drink. More information about ride-sharing can be found on the "Accommodations" tab.
