We chose this special venue for its beauty, rich history, and meaningful mission. Originally built in 1925 as part of a 700-acre cattle ranch owned by the McFarlane family, this estate has evolved through generations. In the mid-1950s, Leslie Tassell purchased the property, turning it into a haven for exotic animals, including show horses, buffalo, and even zebras. Through the years, the property was slowly developed and the only remaining parcel was the 23-acre site with the horse barns, indoor arena, and the mansion which sat empty for over 15 years.

In 2016, Dwight and Karen Strayer saw new potential in this place. They created 3TwoRanch, a unique profit-for-non-profit organization supporting Equine Assisted Development (EAD), which uses horses to help empower at-risk families, underprivileged children, and survivors of human trafficking. Their vision for restoration transformed the mansion into Venue3Two, combining historic charm with a mission of hope and healing.
