For your convenience, a block of rooms at the hotels listed below have been reserved at a discounted rate. Both hotels are right across the street from each other. Please make sure to scroll all the way down the page to view important FAQs.
Springhill Suites by Marriott

Where will the Bride & Groom be staying?
SpringHill Suites both nights!
What if I am arriving earlier than Friday?
Both hotels can accommodate Thursday at our discounted rate for those that need it based on hotel availability. If the links are not working for Thursday, you will need to call the hotels to book Thursday - Sunday.
Will there be a shuttle bus available?
Yes! We have arranged a shuttle bus that will pick up guests from both hotels and transport them to the venue and then back to the hotels.
IMPORTANT - If you are wanting to utilize the shuttle transport to the venue but you aren’t checking in until Saturday the day of the wedding, please call the hotel to request an early check in so that you are able to check in before the shuttle leaves at 2:15pm from Springhill or 2:30pm from holiday inn.
You also have the choice to park and leave your car at the hotel and check in once you arrive back to the hotel after the wedding if early check in is not available.
Springhill Suites - Bus arrives at 2:05pm | Departure at 2:15pm
Holiday Inn - Bus arrives at 2:20pm | Departure at 2:30pm
Arrive to the venue at 3:10pm
There will be two returning shuttle runs from the venue back to the hotel.
Depart #1 - bus will arrive at 9PM and will depart at 9:30PM | Arrival to hotel is: 10:15PM
Depart #2 - bus will arrive at 10:55PM and will depart at 11:15PM | Arrival to hotel is: 12:00AM
Are there stores & restaurants close by?
Yes! The hotels are located right near the Midland mall and Eastman Shopping area.
There are dining options and stores all within a mile!

Buffalo Wild Wings
Panda Express
Panera Bread
and more!
There is also a Target, Walmart and Meijer less than a mile away as well.
Do I have to stay at these 2 hotels?
It is not required to stay at these selected hotels. The two hotels listed are ones we were able to block rooms at a discounted price for our guests to take advantage of. Feel free to stay wherever you would like! There are airbnbs, vrbos, and other hotels around!
For those who want to camp with RVs, there are two parks available near the venue:
