Morgan first met Michaela over 23 years ago. Since then Morgan has been a source of love, support, and endless cheer throughout her life. Known for her kindness and passion for celebrating every family milestone, she’s always there to make those special moments even brighter. Morgan is a proud graduate of both Virginia Tech (impressive) and the University of Virginia (less impressive). Now, as an elementary school counselor, she continues to make a positive impact on young lives everyday. When she’s not making a difference in the classroom, Morgan loves to travel and indulge in her competitive spirit. Expect to find Morgan dominating the cornhole boards with an espresso martini in hand at the wedding!

Tommy is not only the bride’s only brother but also her favorite brother. As a student at UVA and a proud member of the Navy ROTC program, Tommy is embracing both his academic and military pursuits with enthusiasm. His decision to join the Navy was simple and true to his nature—he just loves the water! When he’s not studying or training, Tommy is all about having fun. He enjoys hiking, searching for unique finds while thrifting, and unwinding at the beach. His laid-back attitude and zest for life make him a perfect addition to the bridal party. Tommy is excited to be part of this special day, bringing his trademark fun and adventurous spirit to the celebration. Get ready for some great memories and good times with Tommy around!

As the youngest in the Rustia Family, Madigan knows how to keep things lively and fun. Currently a student at Virginia Tech, she’s juggling her studies with a knack for humor that always keeps everyone in stitches. When she’s not hitting the books, you can bet Madigan is perfecting her dance moves in anticipation of hitting the dance floor at the wedding. Her energy and enthusiasm are truly contagious, and she’s beyond excited to celebrate this special day with Michaela and her ACT tutor (AKA the groom). Get ready for some serious dance floor action and lots of laughs from Madigan!

Chris and Mitch first crossed paths in their freshman dorm, living just a few doors down from each other. Their friendship quickly took off bonding over each others goofy sense of humor and love of exercise. One of Chris’ favorite memories with Mitch was their memorable decision to grow out their hair and dye it purple. Thankfully, their hairdressers persuaded them to go for purple highlights instead. Ironically, since Mitch is color-blind, he couldn’t even see the vibrant new look! Today, Chris is a talented biomedical engineer with a kind heart and a goofy sense of humor. When he’s not working, you can find him hitting the pavement for long runs or strategizing his next move in virtual games with Mitch. Chris is eagerly looking forward to the wedding festivities, especially the chance to engage in some friendly lawn games with other guests.

Shu Shu and Mitch’s friendship began thanks to a mutual friend—shoutout to Amber for knowing these two would hit it off! Throughout their summers at school, Shu Shu and Mitch were inseparable, always having each other’s backs and making the most of their time together. By day, Shu Shu is a dedicated biomedical engineer. Outside of work, he’s an avid soccer fan with a special place in his heart for Manchester United. He’s also a proud resident of his hometown, Indianapolis, and loves sharing his enthusiasm for his city. Shu Shu is excited to celebrate with everyone and looks forward to making this wedding an unforgettable experience with his great friends and fellow groomsmen!

Mitch’s older brother Grant currently living in sunny Georgia with his wife Madison and their newborn son. Grant often humorously grumbles about the sweltering heat despite growing up in Houston! When he’s not navigating the Georgia heat, Grant is all about exploring the great outdoors and soaking up nature’s beauty. His enthusiasm for adventure and family makes him a cherished part of this special day. Grant is excited to celebrate with everyone and make this wedding a memorable occasion for his brother and new sister-in-law!
