Will there be transportation to and from the venue?
Yes, there will be a shuttle from the Best Western and Hilton hotels in the "Travel" tab to and from the wedding.
Are there room blocks?
Yes, we have room blocks at two hotels that are a mere 6 minute walk from each other. Check out the Travel tab!
What should I wear?
Formal attire - We suggest that men wear a suit or summer suit in a color of your choice with a classic shirt and tie. For women, some ideas of what to wear include a floor length dress, tea length formal dress, or an evening pantsuit.
The ceremony will take place outside on a hill side followed by cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing indoors. Select footwear accordingly.
The theme color is green, but we are not asking that anyone outside of the wedding party wear any specific color. While dark colors are usually more formal, light colors are also appropriate.
The weather during July in Virginia can be surprising, so make sure to keep an eye on the forecast.
Will there be an after-party?
There is no planned after-party, but don't let that stop you. There are a few places in Downtown Leesburg open late for you to enjoy if you wish.
Are kids allowed at the wedding?
Kids are allowed at the wedding, but we will not have childcare arranged for the event, so if you choose to bring your children, please keep that in mind. You may prefer to enjoy the evening as a night-off. Your choice.
