Our story starts in 2014. We met through our mutual friends Fons and Inga Hernandez at Inga’s birthday in 2014. For six years we flirted a bit and stayed in touch. In 2020 Molly was living in Chattanooga, TN and Jose Eduardo was in San Antonio, TX. In June 2020 Molly had two weeks off of work and decided to drive down to Austin, TX and San Antonio, TX to visit and stay with friends. When Jose Eduardo found out Molly was coming in town he asked her on their first date to La Gloria. The date went so well we stayed up until the sun rise sipping tequila and talking about our love of dogs, food, family, travel, our cultures, our community and what our futures looked like. We fell in love quickly after that and knew we didn’t want to live without each other. One house and four dogs together later, José Eduardo proposed November 2nd, 2023 at a photo shoot meant to capture our little family at Phil Hardberger Park. We celebrated that night with his parents in Nuevo Laredo, MX.


As we dated we have traveled to many places in Mexico and constantly catch ourselves falling in love with the culture, food, community, history, and tradition of each city. Mexico is also home for Jose Eduardo and is now a second home to Molly too! We are so excited to invite our friends and family to Oaxaca, MX to enjoy all that Oaxaca has to offer, and celebrate our love!
