Guests arriving in Tahoe on Thursday are welcome to congregate for drinks to say hello and help us kick off the wedding weekend's festivities! This will be un-hosted. Food and drink will not be provided but are available for purchase.

Matt and Molly invite you to join them for a welcome drink before the big day! Come say hello, grab a drink, and take a moment to chat with the bride and groom before they walk down the aisle. Food and drink will not be provided but are available for purchase.

Our wedding venue is located about 30 minutes outside the town of Truckee, CA. We will be providing shuttles to and from the venue and we kindly request that all guests plan to utilize the shuttle service as there is limited parking which need to be reserved for the bridal party and vendors. Please note that there is no service or wifi available at the venue - please plan accordingly!

Ceremony and Reception

2:45 PM–3:15 PM

Guests arrive

Shuttles will carry guests from Truckee to the venue. We will post the shuttle schedule closer to the date.

3:30 PM–4:15 PM

Ceremony

The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30 pm.

4:15 PM–5:30 PM

Cocktail Hour

Guests are invited to enjoy light appetizers, cocktails, wine, beer, and soft drinks while the bride and groom take photos. If you are part of the extended family, please plan to stay near the ceremony site for family photos between 4:00 - 4:15 pm.

5:30 PM–10:00 PM

Dinner and Dancing

Dinner will include vegetarian and vegan options. If you have any other dietary restrictions, please plan accordingly. After dinner, the dance floor will open and we expect all our friends and family to pull out their best dance moves and dance the night away with us!
