We are getting married in the great outdoors - nestled deep in the Tahoe forest. It's beautiful, but it IS outdoors, so please keep that in mind when selecting your wardrobe. If you plan to wear heels we recommend you avoid stilettos or thin heels, which might be difficult to walk in at the ceremony site. The weather in June is warm, however, we recommend you bring a jacket for the evening as it can get quite chilly at night. Please note that there is no cell service or WiFi available at the venue. Please plan accordingly!

We are providing transportation! We kindly ask that everyone utilize the free shuttle service that we are providing. The venue has limited parking which must be reserved for guests with disabilities, children, the bridal party, and vendors. If you are hoping to drive, please let us know ASAP and we can let you know if there is availability. There is no wifi or cell service at the venue and it is in a remote area, so all ride-share options (Uber, Lyft, etc.) will be unavailable. Directions to Dancing Pines will not appear on Google or Apple Maps - if you are planning to drive, you will need to contact us for directions to the venue. Shuttles will pick guests up from the Truckee-Donner Recreation & Park District (10981 Truckee Way Truckee, CA 96161). Guests may park for free in the North Parking Lot (we will have signs) and then jump on a shuttle to the venue. There will be three available shuttles for guests to take to Dancing Pines. They will leave at the following times: 2:10 PM, 2:30 PM, and 2:40 PM *The shuttles are on a strict schedule - so please plan accordingly (no island time for this one, ohana!)

Yes! There is a long path to get from the parking area to the wedding site, however it is paved and easy to navigate!

Guests may park for free in the North Parking Lot (we will have signs) and then jump on a shuttle to the venue. There will be three available shuttles for guests to take to Dancing Pines. Following the ceremony, shuttles will depart from the venue in 30-minute intervals, starting at 7:30 PM for any guests who would like to leave early.

Unfortunately, our venue limits the number of attendees. Unless a plus one was specifically noted on your invitation, we cannot accommodate any additional guests.

Yes! Our only open-bar disclaimer is this - there will be a professional photographer and videographer in attendance. Any embarrassing behavior will be immortalized and mocked for generations to come.

Your presence is present enough, but should you wish to bring a gift to our wedding, there will be a gift table for your convenience!

There is absolutely NO smoking allowed at the venue. It is a major fire hazard and any guest caught smoking will result in a hefty fine for the bride and groom. We kindly ask that all guests respect this rule!
