In 2017 Connor started a new job at Syracuse University, where he met Kyle, who was dating one of Molly's best friends, Tayler. Connor would go to Kyle and Tayler's apartment on Sunday nights to watch Game of Thrones and they all became fast friends.

Molly was in town for Labor Day weekend (applying for jobs that would bring her back to Syracuse) and after attending an SU football game with Tayler, met up with Kyle and his coworkers for drinks. They introduced Molly and Connor, and Connor mentioned he was heading home to Cleveland for the weekend for a fantasy football draft. Molly told him that was a shame because they were all going out the following night and told Connor he should stick around. And he did.

On Monday afternoon when Molly was driving back to NH her car broke down and she ended up stuck in Syracuse for a few extra days. Connor took her to dinner at Kelley's (where they would eat many many more dinners) and the rest was history.

From Syracuse to Nashville to Pittsburgh, Molly and Connor (and Daisy!) have learned to make a home wherever they are, as long as they are together. They are so excited to start this chapter and cannot wait to celebrate with those they love most.
