Date & Time: Please arrive between 2:00- 2:45 PM; the ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00 PM. Both the ceremony and reception will take place at the same location, so you can relax and enjoy the entire event in one beautiful setting. Attire: Think of the attire as a mix of elegance and comfort—polished yet perfect for a garden setting. Suits are not required; we want everyone to feel comfortable in the outdoor environment. Please wear shoes that will be comfortable on grass, as much of the event will take place outdoors. Reception: After the ceremony, we invite you to join us for a cocktail and mocktail reception in the beautiful Randall Davey Orchard. Enjoy lawn games, mingle with other guests, and take in the stunning surroundings of the property. There’s plenty to explore, so feel free to wander and soak in the beauty of the setting. Dinner will be served after the cocktail hour, followed by a sunset send-off to celebrate the newly married couple. Other Considerations: Given the outdoor setting, we encourage you to wear hats and apply sunscreen. As parking is limited at the venue, we highly recommend carpooling.
