How We Met

&nbsp;It was January 2nd, 2016 and Molly&nbsp;and her&nbsp;girlfriends were&nbsp;out celebrating&nbsp;the New Year. That night, Molly&nbsp;saw Tim and his friend walk into the bar and&nbsp;decided to try something new -&nbsp;approach the guy instead of waiting and hoping he would approach her. After a terrible opening line that had something to do with&nbsp;Adele, Tim&nbsp;and his friend still decided to entertain conversation.&nbsp;Tim and Molly&nbsp;connected instantly. After that night they made first date plans and had the best.first.date.ever! That's a whole other story that involves starting at an Art Museum and ending the night dancing&nbsp;at a gay bar!&nbsp; Things became&nbsp;complicated when&nbsp;Molly accepted a job&nbsp;offer in her&nbsp;dream city of Chicago.&nbsp;Even though they&nbsp;just met, they&nbsp;weren't quite ready to say goodbye to each other.&nbsp;This lead to countless flights, long weekends&nbsp;and almost daily&nbsp;FaceTime calls.&nbsp; Leaving each other after the&nbsp;weekends&nbsp;together&nbsp;never got easier, but every conversation and every minute spent together rooted them&nbsp;deeper in their&nbsp;relationship. They&nbsp;knew that if they&nbsp;could overcome&nbsp;two years of long distance, after only knowing each other for a few weeks, they&nbsp;could handle anything.

Molly finally&nbsp;moved back to Denver in early 2018 and since then they&nbsp;have bought a house (come visit!)&nbsp;and are now engaged! They&nbsp;are so happy and so excited to be husband and wife&nbsp;and cannot wait to celebrate with everyone&nbsp; on the 21st night of&nbsp;September (insert Earth, Wind and Fire song here)!

This is a tricky time of year for Montana weather. Plan on chilly mornings and chilly evenings and a comfortable temperature during the day. We suggest packing layers!

Remember to&nbsp;pack a swim suit if you plan to enjoy the hot spring pool!



The welcoming gathering is casual. Come as you are - jeans, button downs, causal dress, athletic clothes - we will take it all!



The wedding is dressy casual. We are not expecting black tie - consider&nbsp;a tie or bow tie, slacks and suit jacket, jumpsuits, dresses, and&nbsp;pant suits - whatever makes you feel your best!

Elizabeth is Molly's sister.&nbsp;Molly followed in Elizabeth's footsteps in many ways including attending Creighton where they both ignited&nbsp;a love for the&nbsp;Creighton Blue Jays. Elizabeth is the life of the party and a valued friend.&nbsp;Molly can't imagine anyone else to stand by her side!

Nathaniel is Tim's middle brother (also referred to as Nannel). Nannel&nbsp;and Tim enjoy fly fishing together, enjoying a nice beer or glass of bourbon, and tickling Jesse.

Nathaniel Morzel

Rachel is Molly's&nbsp;cousin and&nbsp;best friend. Molly doesn't go&nbsp;a day without talking to Rachel in some capacity.&nbsp;Rachel and Molly&nbsp;share similar interests including the love of mountains. Rachel and her husband, Nick, live a few miles away from Molly and Tim in&nbsp;Denver.&nbsp;You can find all four of them together in the mountains camping and hiking throughout the year.

Jesse is Tim's youngest brother. Jesse is by far the best at board games in the Morzel family and is always down for a camping, fishing or ski trip. Jesse is also a great roommate - Tim and Jesse lived together for many years and Tim, Molly and Jesse were roommates for a few months, too!

Meghan is Molly's cousin and SOUL&nbsp;SISTA! Molly and Meghan are known to sing with kitchen utensils and dance too hard to the song "It's Raining Men." Meghan knows Molly better than most and is more of a sister than a cousin. Look out for some killer dance moves from this one on wedding day!

Danny is Molly's brother and will be Molly and&nbsp;Tim's officiant!&nbsp;One of Molly's&nbsp;favorite memories&nbsp;with Danny was playing in a&nbsp;weekly Euchre league in&nbsp;Chicago together (shout out Team Kutsch Party!).&nbsp;Danny is a&nbsp;great role model and example of love in life and in his marriage and Tim and Molly could not imagine a better person to marry them.&nbsp;

This is our favorite airport in the US! Fly into Bozeman airport - you will see the view of mountains as you land and will be able to make it to baggage claim within minutes. Rent a car from the airport and you will have&nbsp;about an hour drive through the Paradise Valley to get to Chico Hot Springs. There are many areas to travel in the area&nbsp;including Yellowstone National Park!

**&nbsp;Please read below: If you plan to stay at the Chico Hot Springs for longer than Friday and Saturday night, we advise you&nbsp;to&nbsp;book your lodging as soon as possible. Please know that calling Chico Hot Springs is the best way to make a reservation - their online site is not always accurate.&nbsp;If you are unsure if you will be able to make it to the wedding, we&nbsp;still recommend&nbsp;reserving a room as you can cancel at no charge up to two weeks before the wedding weekend. In addition, there is a restaurant on site - we would recommend making dinner reservations with your room reservations.**

We are so excited to get married at the Chico Hot Springs! It is a special place to us and we&nbsp;can't&nbsp;wait to&nbsp;share with you. It is a rustic and cozy environment in&nbsp;the heart of&nbsp;Paradise Valley,&nbsp;Montana. An hour from Bozeman International Airport and 45 minutes from Yellowstone National Park - it is the perfect place to relax, explore and spend time with family and friends.&nbsp;









There is&nbsp;a room block for Friday and Saturday night under Molly Pancratz and Tim Morzel Wedding, however, there are also great accommodation options such as hotels and homes for rent&nbsp;throughout the Paradise Valley&nbsp;and in&nbsp;Livingston and Gardiner, Montana. Homes&nbsp;can also&nbsp;be found for rent on&nbsp;AirBnB.com nearby the resort.&nbsp;















Chico is a historic resort so rooms vary in price and simplicity. We enjoy experiencing the single room with a shared bathroom (nicer than it sounds&nbsp;and many options!), but there are also a&nbsp;limited amount of rooms with private bathrooms, etc. In addition there are also some houses on our room block if you would like to stay with a group of people. Reach out to us if you have questions or concerns.&nbsp;



Remember there are other options in the area if it is full.

Chico Hot Springs Resort & Day Spa

As Tim would say, "Yellowstone National Park is the best National Park in the country" ...we are a little biased. Tim's Mom, Lisa, is a Geologist for Yellowstone so he spent his life traveling to YNP since he was a child.&nbsp;

There is a ton to see and do including: visiting awesome geologic features, witnessing wild life including bears, bison, fox, wolves&nbsp;and elk, fly fishing and hiking.&nbsp;

Some favorite places: Old Faithful, Grand Prismatic, Yellowstone Lake, The Firehole River, Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone, to name a few. There is great hiking and fly fishing locations throughout the park - let us know if you would like suggestions!

We LOVE floating down the Yellowstone River! Every time we go to Chico Hot Springs we make sure to fit in a floating trip.&nbsp;There is a great place to put in 5 minutes from Chico called "Emigrant" that will take you on a 2-3 hour float down the Yellowstone. There are different raft options - single and double. Rubber Ducky employees are very helpful so be sure to give them a call if you are interested.We make sure to pack some of our favorite local beers, too!

Right down the street from Chico Hot Springs if you want to experience food outside of the restaurants on site.

Chico has many activities on site including: bike riding. horseback riding, lounging in the pool and ordering drinks from the saloon, music at the saloon, and playing games - visit their website to see more!

If you are driving up from Denver or planning to stay a few extra days - Jackson Hole and Teton National Park is far, but not too far, away. It is Molly's favorite National Park!
