Will There Be Parking at the Ceremony?
Sacred Heart Church provides a parking lot behind the church on a first come first serve basis. There is on street parking available as well.
******************************************************************************** If you do plan on leaving your car after the ceremony for the trolley tour, the church does ask that you move your car to street parking as they have other events later in the day.
Will there be parking at the reception?
The Mackey House provides ample parking for those that choose to drive. There will also be trolleys available to take guests from the Desoto to the Venue and back. Uber and Lyft can also be used.
What is the typical weather?
Mid October the temperature in Savannah typically ranges from 62°F to 77°F and is rarely below 50°F or above 84°F.
Will there be any vegan/vegetarian/gluten free/special diet options?
Yes! Please let us know if you have any special dietary needs when you send back your RSVP!
Will the trolleys bring guests to the hotel if they are not doing the tour?
Yes, the trolleys will drop guests off from the church to the Desoto before beginning the tour. The trolleys will return to the Desoto after the tour to pick up guests and bring them to the Mackey House.
