It started where all great romances start, at a small consulting firm in Chicago. Jimmy was beginning his first day as an Integrations Consultant at TopBloc, a job he was not qualified for and was terrified to start, where Monica just so happened to be working in HR.

After a few months of being coworkers, a romance started to blossom. Jimmy finally built up the courage to ask Monica on a date to a fancy rooftop cocktail bar in Chicago. When that bar was closed for a private event, they settled on an underground tiki bar called Three Dots and A Dash.

Over drinks that contain a week's worth of sugar, they swapped stories and got to know each other. Jimmy learned that Monica had impeccable taste in music, a great sense of humor, and a curiosity about what time he was born for something called a "Birth Chart".

Monica learned that Jimmy had an unhealthy obsession with the Washington Commanders and found his delusion that they are going to be good every year amusing. She also discovered his love for his family and friends, how giving and selfless he is, and that his mustache was a permanent fixture on his face now.

After 5 + years together we're so thrilled to embark on this next step and we're so happy to have our loved ones by our side! We're finding it hard to gather the right words to express how excited we are, but know we are so looking forward to not only our wedding day, but also the rest of our lives!
