We kindly ask that all phones and cameras stay tucked away during the ceremony. We’ve hired an amazing photographer to capture every moment, and we’d love for you to be fully present with us—eyes up, hearts open, and screens off. (Seriously… if we see a phone, someone might get tackled.)
That said, after the ceremony, feel free to snap away! You’re more than welcome to take as many photos and videos as you’d like during the reception. We'll also be uploading all the professional photos to the "Photos" section of this wedding website as soon as we receive them, so you won’t miss a thing.
What is the dress code?
The dress code is business casual to semi-formal. The ceremony will take place on the beach, so we recommend bringing sandals or shoes you don't mind getting a little sandy. The reception will be held indoors, so feel free to wear your regular dress shoes for that part of the evening.
When is the RSVP deadline?
Please RSVP by November 14th so we can finalize our headcount. We will be unable to accomodate any guests who do not RSVP by the deadline.
Where is the ceremony and reception taking place?
Both the ceremony and the reception will take place at the Hilton Pensacola Beach. The ceremony will take place on the beach (weather permitting) and the reception will be held inside the hotel in the second level event space.
Can I bring a plus one?
If your invitation includes a plus one, it will be noted on your invite. We’d love to include everyone but have limited space. If you think your invite may have missed your significant other by accident, please reach out to leopard.watson.wedding@gmail.com
Are children invited?
Yes, children are welcome to join the celebration! Please note that there won’t be childcare provided at the venue, so we kindly ask that parents keep an eye on their little ones and step away if they need a break.
Are there hotel room blocks?
Yes! We’ve reserved rolling blocks at Hilton Pensacola Beach. Mention the group code "928" when booking for a discount. Details are on the Travel page. The cutoff date for reservations using the discount is November 14th.
Is there parking at the venue?
Yes, there is parking at the venue. Self parking costs $15/day and valet parking costs $25/day.
