4 pm to 9pm - Come join us for a BBQ and help us set up for the ceremony and party the next day.

2pm to 3pm - Is the arrival of guests. There will be welcome drinks.

3pm to 3:30pm - Will be the ceremony and pictures.

3:30pm to 11pm - Will be the party. There will be appetizers and a buffet for dinner with desserts later in the evening. We will of course have an open bar. The party will go till the cops stop us or everyone has gone home. There is no after party scheduled at a bar.

11am to 2pm - We will be serving brunch for those that need to come pick up their car or want to help clean up after the party.
