We ask that you RSVP by June 13, 2025.

You can begin arriving at the venue around 4:30 pm to give you time to get settled before the ceremony at 5pm.

Due to limited space we can only accomodate for the guests formally listed on the invitation. If you have received a plus one, they will appear on the invitation and RSVP. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to reach out to the bride or groom.

Any children or other family members that are specified on your invitation are welcome to attend. Please make proper arrangements regarding childcare if necessary. If you have any questions or concerns please reach out to the bride or groom.

We ask that you do not take photos during the ceremony. This will be an unplugged ceremony. This is a special moment for the couple and we have hired professionals to capture the moment. You are free to capture the night after the ceremony during the reception. We also ask that you do not post any photos of the couple until they can do so. This is their moment to share, not yours.

The Wedding Ceremony and Reception will be held indoors.

There will be an open bar of beer and wine served by TABC certified bartenders. Outside alcohol will not be allowed on the premise.

Limited parking is available next to the Watson Building as well as street parking. To secure a spot we recommend arriving early, car pooling, or ubering. We ask that if you plan on parking on the street that you do not park right in front of the entrance to the building. If you plan on drinking please plan your transportation accordingly.

We will miss your presence but please let us know on the RSVP that you are unable to attend.
