Below are some preferred hotels that are central to Lubbock and near the venue. There is also a plethora of other hotels or Airbnb/VRBO options if you choose to explore those. We did not reserve any room blocks.

The Overton is one of the more prestigious hotels in Lubbock. This hotel is 1.8 miles from the Wedding Venue and 7 miles from the airport. It is also within walking distance to Texas Tech University.

The Residence Inn is one of Lubbock's newer hotels. This hotel is located 2.1 miles from the Wedding Venue and 6.7 miles from the airport.

Texas Tech University

This is a wonderful locally owned winery and meadery run by a couple on the outskirts of Lubbock. Their Meads are delicious and all their drinks are made without sulfites or harmful preservatives. They have a farm full of chickens, turkeys, cows, and more! This is a must do in Lubbock that is a unique and wonderful experience! We cannot thank Joshua Farm and Vinyard enough for being exceptional hosts during our Engagement!!

The Wolfforth Farmers Market is every Saturday from 10am to 2pm. There are many locally owned vendors all throughout the area. You can find anything from coffee from Tierras Planas (our favorite), lavender, homemade tea towels, feeding some animals, to locally sourced produce. There are also food trucks with all cuisines. Definitely a must do on a summer Saturday morning.
