We have secured a set amount of rooms for our guests through the resort and our wedding coordinator. All guests that book using our wedding package will be guaranteed a room at our discounted group rate, and will be included on the guest list for wedding events.

Note that all guests attending our wedding MUST book through our group rates, or else additional fees will occur.

Listed below are the discounted rates for the all-inclusive room booking options (family-friendly vs. the adult-only side). We chose to go the route of a "room only" arranged booking system, so all guests are eligible for the discounted room rates, and can then book their preferred air carrier separately and use points if they wish. Group Travel Rate Date Availability: January 21 2026 – January 30 2026

The below rates are in CAD, per room, per night for an all inclusive stay. A 3 night minimum stay is required.

Pricing Notes:

- Single / Double / Triple refers to occupancy type for amount of adults per suite

- Room minimums and maximums may apply

- Pricing is in CAD currency inclusive of taxes, per room per night

Deposit - Due July 31, 2025

Non refundable CAD deposit of $200 per adult, $100 per child paid before July 31, 2025.

Final Payment - November 7, 2025

Your final payment will be due before the end of year. This will also be outlined on your invoice.

** PLEASE READ THE BOOKING STEPS BEFORE FILLING OUT THE FORM **

1. Complete the form linked HERE per room and note the below;

- Passenger #1 will be listed as the "lead" contact in the room, aka they will receive all email reminders, payment reminders etc

- Fill out each form per room so if you are room sharing, please fill out all of the details with those you are sharing a room with for inventory accuracy.

- group name can be "Wedding"

- Note there is an "insurance button", if you select it you will be sent a direct link for manlike

2. You will receive an invoice for your review - you must follow the steps to approve the invoice in order for your spot to be confirmed and deposit to be processed.

3. Once your invoice is approved, and your deposit is processed, your spot is officially confirmed and your RSVP is submitted! Yay! You will then not need to make any payments until the final payment date.

4. Closer to the final payment date you will receive reminders of your final payment being due 21 days and 7 days before. It is your responsibility to ensure you meet this deadline as well as your travel details and payment details are up to date.
