Q + A

WHAT IS A ROOM ONLY BOOKING?

We chose the all-inclusive room only option so each household can choose their own preferred length of duration based on vacation days, budget, and option to book flights with points!

DO WE NEED TO BOOK THROUGH THE GROUP BLOCK?

Yes! Our group block act as an RSVP to our events and is a part of a specific wedding package that we have secured with the resort (they do not allow outside guests). Please let us know if you have any questions

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

The ceremony and reception is semi-formal, but please take into consideration the warm-hot weather. Some examples could include a sundress, breathable shorts with a dress shirt.

CAN I BRING MY KIDS TO THE WEDDING?

As much as we love your little ones, we want our celebration to be an adults only event to fully be as present as possible in each moment and groove on the dance floor. Your littles are more than welcome to join you on your vacation of course, but we just kindly ask to bring family or find a sitting service for the day of our events.

DO I HAVE TO ARRIVE THE SAME DAY AS EVERYONE ELSE? DO I NEED TO STAY FOR THE FULL WEEK?

No- Please arrange your travel dates as you wish! Some guests may wish to stay 3 days, whereas others may choose to unwind for a week or more.

WHAT IF I HAVE QUESTIONS ABOUT HOW TO BOOK?

Please visit the 'How To Book' details page or contact our destination wedding agent Cassie via email: cassie@lizmooreweddings.com

WHEN WILL I KNOW MORE WEDDING DAY DETAILS?

We will be in touch with our schedule of events and details closer to the wedding.

DO I NEED TO PLAN TO TIP?

The all-inclusive resort fee has built-in tips for the staff, so you are not obligated to tip the staff. However, if you feel your server/bartender/etc. has delivered exceptional service, then absolutely feel free to tip at your discretion in USD!

WHAT SHOULD I PACK?

Swimwear, Sandals, Sunscreen, Aloe vera gel, Bug Spray, Hats, Sunglasses Although the resort is all-inclusive, we recommend bringing $1 & $5 USD bills to tip the staff if you feel that they gave exceptional service. *Please note that some restaurants and bars at the resort require "casual elegance" attire, which means no flip-flops or shorts. Men, they will not let you into those restaurants for dinner if you are wearing shorts. For more information on dress codes for each restaurant at the resort, please check out the resort website for all information on their restaurants.
